Interpartners Created a Brand for the Group's Digital Division: The Digitarians. The name reflects the corporate philosophy of the team: every activity, whether conventional or digital, is truly effective only when it becomes part of a company’s DNA — when it is nurtured and developed internally.
The team behind The Digitarians consists entirely of former interns from the group — of course, from Generation Z — graduates of the American University in Bulgaria and Sofia University. Leader of the "Digitarians" team is Monica Dimitrova, a bachelor's graduate from AUBG and a master's graduate from the University of York. After her internship at Interpartners, she worked as a Project Management Assistant before fully developing the company’s digital division internally.
"The difference between us and purely digital agencies on the market lies in our conceptual approach. In the depth of our messaging, not just in targeting; in understanding our clients' businesses, not just the objectives of their current campaigns. This stems from the fact that most clients of The Digitarians have been working with our group’s team for years in areas such as corporate reputation, employer branding, or creative campaigns," shares Monica Dimitrova. "We focus on tangible results — whether in the form of sales or measurable growth — rather than solely on existing digital metrics. This provides significant added value to our clients," she adds.
The Digitarians offers a range of services, including digital brand building, analysis of existing online profiles, social media advertising, video content production and editing, influencer partnerships, and email marketing automation.
Starting this year, The Digitarians will also operate independently, beyond the group’s existing clients.
The young team’s portfolio includes brands such as KUKA Robotics, FPI City Tower, Polygraphia Office Center, Megapark Office Complex, Derma Vita Clinic, Esthe Design Medical Center, the Blagotvoritel Foundation, the "Golden Horse" Circus Festival, Ladies Forum Bulgaria, Planet Schwarz Tech Theater, and Saint Gobain Glass Bulgaria.
